1. How do I select my kit each month?

You select your kit each month by adding it to your cart from the Current Kits category, just like any other item in the store.  We have a few different billing options for your monthly kits.

Prepaid subscriptions are by far the most economical way to purchase kits.  You can buy a 3 month or 6 month prepaid subscription.  With each subscription, you will receive a discount code for 10% off any purchases when you check out.  You will also receive free shipping on any orders with a prepaid subscription.

Monthly billing subscriptions are the next option.  You get a discount membership to the site which offers you 10% off any purchase you make.

With BOTH of these options, you are responsible to choose which kit you want to receive by the 10th of each month.  If you do not choose a kit, we will choose one for you and ship it out to you after the 10th of the month.  If you are using monthly billing, we will charge your card before shipping out your kit.

The last option is just buying the kit directly from the store.  If you don't want to commit to a subscription, that's fine by us.  However, your kit will not be shipped until after the 10th of the month, when the subscribers have all chosen their kits.  If a kit is sold out to subscribers, you will have the option of choosing another kit or you will be refunded via paypal if that's how you chose to pay.  If you used a credit card, we won't charge your card until adequate kit supplies have been confirmed.

2. When are new kits posted?

Our site is updated on or about the 1st of each month. At that time you will be able to see the full kit picture and list of contents.  If you sign up for up for our newsletter when you register for you account in the store, you will receive an email message when the site is updated with the new kit images each month.

3. Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?

The Scrapbook Site has a terrific design team that creates layout and project ideas with our kits each month. Click on the GALLERY link to check out the current month's ideas. We also offer a newsletter that provides ideas and inspiration for the kits, as well as other events at The Scrapbook Site. Our Message Board has a “ SCRAP COORDINATE KIT CLUB CHAT ” section where you can post a question to our Design Team or other fellow scrappers about the monthly kits. The Message Board is also a great resource for other scrapping ideas and information, as well as scrapping challenges & contests!

4. Can I receive more than 1 kit per month?

Of course! You can add as much as you want to your cart at any time! The only restriction is your budget.

5. How & when is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged depending on what plan you choose.

If you choose a prepaid subscription, your card will be charged at the beginning of your subscription for the entire subscription amount.  That way, you are done buying kits for the term of your membership.

If you choose the monthly billing plan, your credit card will be charged by the 10th of the month.  We will charge and ship your kit as soon as you choose which kit you want.  If you do not choose a kit by the 10th, we will choose a kit and charge your card on the 10th of the month.

If you do not choose a subscription plan, your credit card is charged when you check out of the store.

6. Can I purchase additional kits or extra supplies and have them shipped with my monthly kit?

Certainly! Additional kits or merchandise may be purchased at any time during the month and shipped with your next monthly kit. Orders must be placed by the end of the month to be shipped with the next month's kit (as example – your order must be placed by the end of April to ship with May's kits). When purchasing the items, use the COMMENTS section to make a note to hold your purchases for the following month's kit.

7. Can I pre-pay for a subscription?

Yes you can!  We are offering 2 different prepayment plans for kits.  Each plan includes one kit per month, 10% off all store purchases and free shipping during your membership term.

8. I need to update my billing and/or shipping information. How do I do this?

Please contact us directly through either e-mail at info@thescrapbooksite.com or you can also call us at 605-321-8196 for any changes in billing, shipping or credit card information.

9. What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?

We strive to ship out kits within 48 hours of purchase.  If you have a subscription we will ship out as soon as you choose your kit and add-ons.  If you do not choose by the 10th, we will choose one for you and ship them on the 11th after we charge your card.

10. What are your shipping policies?

Shipping rates are flat rate shipping rates. The average weight of our SCRAP COORDINATE monthly kits with packaging is about 2 pounds. The checkout system will list the shipping during checkout.  It is in your best interest to save money on shipping by filling up a flat rate box!  We ship everything we can by USPS Priority Mail using a flat rate box whenever possible.  We also ship for free on any orders over $75.  If you have any questions about shipping, you can e-mail us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com .

11. Do you ship internationally?

We do ship our kits to members all over the world. Actual shipping is charged on all kits to all countries. Please email us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com if you have any questions.  Upon checkout, you will only be charged the $6.55 flat rate on your order.  You will receive a paypal invoice for the difference in shipping internationally if you paid via paypal.  If you paid via a credit card, we will email you with the final total and charge your credit card when the total amount is approved by email.

12. Can I skip a month?

Our goal is to have HAPPY customers, you may skip one month on a 3-month subscription and 2 months on a 6-month subscription. If you wish to skip a month, you MUST CONTACT us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com BEFORE the beginning of the month that you want to skip. Simply not selecting a kit will not STOP your subscription. Please note that this will extend the length of your membership one month.

13. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds once your kit has been purchased, unless there is an error on our part.

14. Do you offer gift memberships?

We sure do! Simply contact us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com and we can work out the details of a gift membership. You have the option to be billed monthly or to pay for the entire membership up front. Once we receive payment, we will send a gift membership to the recipient with your message.
