1. I just signed up for a membership. What happens next?

Once your membership is activated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your billing and shipping information. Should you notice any errors, please contact us immediately at info@thescrapbooksite.com so that we can make the necessary changes. Your subscription will begin with the month you selected during checkout. If you selected the current month, the kit will be mailed once your payment clears (usually within 3-4 days). If you selected next month, kit(s) are shipped between the 10th and 12th of that next month.

2. How do I select my kit each month?

It is your responsibility to select a kit each month. If you do NOT SUBMIT a kit selection by the end of a month, THE SCRAPBOOK SITE will randomly select a kit for you to receive.

Please note that kit selection is on a first come basis. Each of out monthly kits is produced in limited amounts and kit preferences will be filled in the order that they are received. We apologize if your first choice for a month is not available when you make your selection – if this is the case, you can pick from the remaining kit options or you can opt to skip the month completely.

a. Go to the Store and click on the Subscribers Only button on the left. Kit selection for the next month must be made by the end of the previous month – as example: March kit previews will be posted on February 1 & you must select your kit by the end of February. b. Select the kit you would like to receive and proceed to checkout.

c. DO NOT pay for your selection. Select “FOR SUSCRIBERS USE ONLY – kit selection” options for checking out. Once checkout has been completed, your selection will be sent to us, with no payment being made by you.

3. When are new kits posted?

Our site is updated on or about the 1 st of each month. At that time you will be able to see the full kit picture and list of contents for the next month’s kit as well as the preview pictures for the following month’s kit. As example: on the 1 st of March, we will post the full picture and description of March’s kits for you to make your selection as well as a preview of April’s kits. If you sign up for up for our newsletter when you register for you account in the store, you will receive an email message when the site is updated with the new kit images each month.

4. Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?

The Scrapbook Site has a terrific design team that creates layout and project ideas with our kits each month. Click on the GALLERY link to check out the current month’s ideas. We also offer a newsletter that provides ideas and inspiration for the kits, as well as other events at The Scrapbook Site. Our Message Board has a “ SCRAP COORDINATE KIT CLUB CHAT ” section where you can post a question to our Design Team or other fellow scrappers about the monthly kits. The Message Board is also a great resource for other scrapping ideas and information, as well as scrapping challenges & contests!

5. Can I receive more than 1 kit per month?

Of course! You have two options. You can add-on kits each month when you make your regular kit selection. Members can add on monthly kits at a discounted rate of $21.99. You can select to have a club membership with 2 or 3 kits per month, instead of 1. To do so, just add 2 or 3 monthly subscriptions to your cart when you sign up. If you have a subscription for 2 kits, you will need to select two kit choices each month.

6. How & when is my credit card charged?

For those paying month to month, we bill each month for the kits. Initial subscriptions are billed at the time of checkout from the store. Thereafter, members are billed each month on or around the 8th.

7. Can I purchase additional kits or SCRAP PACKS and have them shipped with my monthly kit?

Certainly! Additional kits or merchandise may be purchased at any time during the month and shipped with your next monthly kit. Orders must be placed by the end of the month to be shipped with the next month's kit (as example – your order must be placed by the end of April to ship with May’s kits). Whn purchasing the items, use the “FOR SUBSCRIBERS USE ONLY” options when you checkout. You will not be CHARGED for the additional items when you checkout – but instead, you will be charged for these items at the same time that we charge you for your monthly kits on the 8 th . We will calculate a total for the additional items and any extra shipping & add that amount to your total for your monthly kit subscription. When checking out, make sure to select “process only, no pmt” as your form of payment – this will submit the order, but allow us to calculate the adjusted total before charging you.

8. Can I pre-pay for a subscription?

You can prepay for any subscription. In the store there is an option for selecting Subscription – Prepay for either a 3 month or 6 month membership. When you checkout, you will be charged for the entire membership.

9. I need to update my billing and/or shipping information. How do I do this?

Please contact us directly through either e-mail at info@thescrapbooksite.com or you can also call us at 734-674-0827 for any changes in billing, shipping or credit card information.

10. I don’t have or use a credit card. Is there another form of payment I can use to purchase a kit?

We also accept PayPal payments – these option are available when you checkout. We do not accept personal checks at this time.

11. What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?

Kits are shipped between the 1o th and 12 th of each month.

12. What are your shipping policies?

Shipping rates are ACTUAL shipping rates, based on your location and package weight. The average weight of our SCRAP COORDINATE monthly kits with packaging is about 1.5 pounds. The checkout system will list your actual shipping during checkout. On larger orders in the US (with more kits), you will have the option to select option for a FLAT RATE box with a shipping rate of $8.10. 13. Do you ship internationally?

We do ship our kits to members all over the world. Actual shipping is charged on all kits to all countries. Please email us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com if you have any questions.

14. Can I skip a month?

Our goal is to have HAPPY customers, you may skip one month on a 3-month subscription and 2 months on a 6-month subscription. If you wish to skip a month, you MUST CONTACT us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com BEFORE the beginning of the month that you want to skip. Simply not selecting a kit will not STOP your subscription. Please note that this will extend the length of your membership one month.

15. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds once your kit has been purchased, unless there is an error on our part.

16. Do you offer gift memberships?

We sure do! Simply contact us at orders@thescrapbooksite.com and we can work out the details of a gift membership. You have the option to be billed monthly or to pay for the entire membership up front. Once we receive payment, we will send a gift membership to the recipient with your message.
